Server settings for all common email providers Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo.

All the Outlook settings are very similar. Only the server settings will change.

At first you will only have to provide your name, email, user name (that is usually your email) and password.

Then all you will need, is to know your server's email provider settings.

Configuration of Outlook 2007

Open Outlook 2007 If this is the first time you open Outlook 2007 since its install, a window will  immediately pop up asking  you to setup your email account.  Click yes and proceed. If this is not the first time you open Outlook 2007, no setup window will pop up. To setup a new email account just click on Tools and select Accounts Settings like in the following picture:
